  Booked a move out cleaning, explaining that new owners take possession at 2pm so they needed to be done cleaning by then. I confirmed with them the day before and they said they would arrive between 8-830am.
They never showed. Would not answer phone calls or emails. We had to frantically clean ourselves. Buyers were very unhappy with us, understandably.
I got an email the next day from Vancity Cleaning offering 1 free hour cleaning as an apology. Unfortunately this is useless as we had to move out by 2 pm the day before.
